“When we first started working in the field the market was largely unregulated.

There were no distribution networks in place, and no safeguards for consumers

or producers. It was through strict adherence to a policy of integrity,

respect, and professionalism that we managed to forge a bond of trust with both our clients and suppliers. These fundamentals, along with our ambitions, perseverance, and determination to succeed, guided the G. M. Khoury Drug Stores into a period of study growth.

Today the GMKhoury Group of Companies has grown into a fine example of what a family-run business should be like. Due largely to a decision-making process that incorporates youth and experience, the group has been able to deal with all the challenges that have come its way. Furthermore, its activities and operations have flourished, and it has been able to maintain its ultimate goal of customer satisfaction.

Spending so many years in any business brings with it a wealth of experience and knowledge, even more so when one considers the size of our investment in training, modernization, and the constant upgrading of our services and technologies. I feel it is important, at this point, to stress that the more our operations grow and the more sophisticated it becomes, the more we learn. Our stand on self-improvement is unwavering, and we are always searching for better ways to improve the quality of both our services and our products.

The future, as I see it, is a rosy one. Jordan will continue to work towards economic reform and improving the standards of living. We have already witnessed booms in the market, which have heightened the level of competition and placed new challenges at our doorstep. So, for us, the future will witness the expansion of our industrial and distribution networks, with the twin aim of consolidating the excellence of standard to which our clients have grown accustomed to and living up to our motto of always being “Better than the Best”.
